The Highlander

  • 2 oz Winfeld Gin

  • 1.25 oz Montanari Amaro

    Stir and Strain over ice in a rocks glass with lemon peel expressed and discarded, orange peel expressed and enjoyed in the glass.

    - or for a ‘freezer cocktail’ add -

  • 1oz Water : for perfect dilution

    Chill till icy cold, strain over ice in a rocks glass with lemon peel expressed and discarded, orange peel expressed and enjoyed in the glass.
