A bright, briny garden in a glass; Our Greenwood Gin meets Filthy’s vermouthed olive brine and salt for a savory, vegetal take on a dirty gin martini.

The Greenwood Dirty

  • 2.5oz Greenwood Gin

  • 1 oz Olive Brine, we use Filthy

  • 1 dash Saline

    • Saline Solution : 20g salt / 80g warm water combined in a jar

We shake, you can stir, until ice cold.
Strain into a Nick and Nora
Garnish with an olive
